Life Transitions and More

Finding Clarity: Support for Life’s Uncertainties

Therapy is not always about having all the questions or answers — or even knowing where to start. Sometimes, the challenges you face do not fit neatly into predefined categories, and that is okay! This space is for those “other concerns” — the moments in life when you feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed. Whether you are navigating uncertainty, working through stagnation, or searching for clarity, I am here to help you uncover a path forward.

01

Beginning Without Clear Goals

It is perfectly normal to start therapy without a defined goal or a clear reason for being here. In fact, “I don’t know” can be one of the most honest and powerful places to begin. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, uncover hidden patterns, and identify areas for growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and starting without a specific objective allows us the freedom to uncover new perspectives and build a foundation for meaningful change.

02

Feeling Stuck or In a Rut

Stagnation can happen at any stage of life — not just during a “midlife crisis” or a so-called “quarter-life crisis.” Feeling “stuck” often stems from repetitive cycles or unresolved past experiences that influence your present. In therapy, we will break down these patterns and examine their roots. By focusing on realistic and attainable goals, we will work together to create momentum and help you move forward with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.

03

Navigating Life Transitions

Life transitions can leave you feeling unmoored, whether you are stepping away from the comfortable and familiar or venturing into the unknown. These shifts, while daunting, also offer opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Through therapy, we will navigate the complexities of these changes, address your fears and uncertainties, and build confidence in your ability to adapt and thrive in uncharted territory.

Seventy-three percent of people saw the onset of anxiety or fear-related disorders before the age of 25.

I am a lifelong New Yorker fulfilling my childhood dream of helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful connections. I specialize in supporting those struggling with intimacy, relationship issues, addiction recovery, vulnerability, and life transitions. My practice offers a safe and judgment-free space where we can begin the healing process together. My goal is to help you rebuild your emotional wellbeing and move forward toward a healthier, more purposeful life.

With over seven years of experience in clinical practice, I dedicated four years to working at New York City’s Center for Intimacy Recovery, where I helped individuals and groups overcome barriers to connection and emotional closeness. I earned my Master’s Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from Columbia University’s School of Social Work, graduating at the top of my class. Under the guidance of seasoned therapists with over 30 years of expertise, I have accumulated thousands of hours of hands-on, patient-focused experience.

Asking for help is not easy, but just by being here, you have taken the first (and often hardest) step. I am committed to creating a space where you feel supported in establishing trust and connection. Together, we will work to help you feel emotionally strong, deeply connected, and in control of your life.
